It took me a while to understand this ad, but now I get it. This is one of those ads that doesn't literally say much, but can be stronger than ads that do say a lot literally. It's saying that their softer or laundry detergent can change your clothes. This bear was dirty (mean) and then once it was washed it became softer (nicer).
